It's Sunday night. Tomorrow morning another week begins. So tonight I suggest you fill a tub full of warm water and bubbles, pour a glass of wine (or sparkling cider), light a few candles and take at least 15 minutes of "me" time. Just sit, relax and sip. Doesn't that sound absolutely wonderful?
