Tuesday tip

                               Preview

A cleaning tip, or two, that you may find useful.  As I say on my Web page, these are tips that have been emailed to me, or that I have found on the Internet.  I have not tried all of them and do NOT guarantee their effectiveness.  If you do try one and it works, or if you have another one that works for you, let me know.

Laundry Basket Freshener: Place a fabric softener sheet in the bottom of your laundry basket (remember to change it weekly.) You can also simply sprinkle some baking soda in the bottom of your basket and that will help absorb the odors as well.  Placing a sheet of fabric softener on your linen shelves will help keep your towels and sheets smelling clean and fresh too.

I have done this before. I also stick dryer sheets in my drawers,it seems to make the clothes smell freaher longer. I just LOVE that tag,it's awesome.

I have found that sticking a dryer sheet in the diaper bag keeps the bag smelling fresh instead of having that 'closed' smell in it.
